How to Place an Envelope Addressing Order
1) Email or call us as soon as possible in order to ensure availability in our calligraphy schedule. We will contact you within 24 hours to determine your exact needs for your special day.

2) As soon as it is ready, email your address list. Address list instructions can be found in the “Formatting Instructions” link to the left. Feel free to email your address list before your envelopes have arrived. Getting your address list ready is the longest process.
Please Note: Your envelopes will be printed EXACTLY from your list. We do not do any proof-reading or changes. Please made sure the list you provide is as you would like to see it on your envelopes. 3) Send your envelopes, payment and Order Form to MK Calligraphy, 9610 Drayton Hall Ln, Germantown, TN. 38139, being sure to reference your name on the package. Please be sure to include 10-15% additional envelopes with your order.
Please Note: Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed. We are unable to start on an order until we receive the envelopes, the address list, Order Form, and payment.

4) When completed the envelopes will be shipped to your attention at the address provided. Review your order within 48 hours of receiving it back to ensure that there are no corrections to be made. Please email a complete list of corrections including the name and address of the guest to mkcalligraphy@hotmail.com. Later additions or corrections on will be billed directly to the client. Any error on our part will be reprinted without any fee to the client. We always keep several sets of extra materials after the order is completed for this reason.Questions? Want to place an order?
