Formatting Instructions for Outer and Inner Envelopes
Open a new file in MS Word or any other comparable word processing software. Please DO NOT use MS Excel or any other spreadsheet program.
Type the title(s) and name of the prospective guest(s) and press enter:
Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Smith
Type the address of the prospective guest(s) and press enter:
123 East Main Street
(If there is an apartment, put that information on one line and the street address on another)
123 East Main Street
Apartment 3
Type the city, state and zip code and press enter:
Laurinburg, North Carolina 28352
Inner Envelopes (Skip if no inner envelopes are being printed)
Type “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” (or if you want something other than “Mr. and Mrs. Smith"), directly under your city/state/zip line.
When you are done with a guest, press enter one time and type the name(s) of your next guest(s).
A complete entry should look like this:Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ronayne

Please do not number each entry or give us any other kind of information other than names and addresses.
When your list is complete, save the file then attach it to an email and send it to me at gmkahle@comcast.net
If you do not have access to email you can copy the list onto a disk and mail it to me. Any list sent in any other format, e.g., computerized address book, handwritten, typed or by mail or fax, will incur a $0.25 per name surcharge since I will need to retype it. Please allow a few extra days for processing a list not sent by email or disk.
